Planning permission was obtained in 2013 for two new houses creating a group of three around an existing cottage in Tenterden conservation area at Station Road and Church Path. The new houses were completed in 2015 with details including; locally sourced red brick with eaves brick corbelling; red clay tile roof with part hip and part concealed flat roof area for PV solar; vernacular cottage scale windows and bays; tile and timber open car barns at rear. The site includes the ancient "Tenterden Wishing Well" which has been restored and made part of the public realm.
