Refurbished listed building, Chagford House, Marylebone NW1
Listed building consent was obtained for refurbishment of a 19th century four storey apartment building. Successfully completed in 2012 included detailing of listed building consent for apartment interiors and replacement windows within the Dorset Square Conservation Area.
