Housing masterplan, The Orchard, Brightwell-cum-Sotwell, Oxfordshire

We provided a masterplan for planning submitted in 2016 in Brightwell-cum-Sotwell for a private client for consultation in the local village neighbourhood plan and planning submission; providing up to 13 homes and landscape amenity space as infill within surrounding perimeter woodland and featuring retained orchard trees.
