A masterplan completed in 2009 for the 1000 hectare historic Wrotham Estate in Hertsmere loctaed between Borehamwood, PottersBar and Barnet . The masterplan conserves and enhances existing farming and recreation uses. The landscape includes wildlife and biodiversity corridors and enhancement to footpath, cycle way and bridlepath networks. Sustainable urban extensions are proposed with carbon neutral renewable energy supplies.
