E commerce logistics masterplan for EZDubai, International Airport, Dubai South, Middle East
Place 54 Architects were commissioned by Dubai South in 2019 to design the masterplan for EZDubai at Dubai South International Airport, providing a total of 550,000 sqm logistics space for e-commerce businesses. Buildings include E-Fullfilment Centers from 20-100,000m2, Last Mile Centers, Repair & Return Centers, Supply Centers, from 5-10,000m2 and Business Offices of 3-4000m2 for Regional Headquarters and shared buildings for startups, SMEs, innovation labs and incubation centers to support local, regional and trans-continental businesses. The first phases are complete and occupied by Noon.
