Masterplan- Kings College UCL hospital

Gary Young with Anshen Dyer and Terry Farrell Partners designed the masterplan for refurbishment and building an extension to Kings College UCL incorporating new academic hospital and laboratory buildings for PFI with European Land & Property.

The London Bridge proposals comprise Hunts House a new 40,000m2 laboratory and teaching building creating a new campus garden centred on the old Guys Hospital and the existing Medical School buildings to be rufurbished.

The Cornwall House proposals on Waterloo Bridge Road were a refurbishment of 50,000m2 of laboratories and teaching facilities including new lecture theatres and student social areas with glazed atria created from the existing lightwells.
