Zero Carbon primary school at Elmsbrook, NW Bicester Eco Town, Oxfordshire

We produced feasibility designs with Local education authority briefing for primary schools contributing significantly to the zero carbon aspiration, place making and community vision for ELmsbrook first phase of the NW Bicester Eco town. Designs achieved True Zero Carbon and BREEAM excellent, balancing efficiency of thermal insulation with opportunities to achieve very good daylight standards, and maximise PV solar on roofs to achieve true zero carbon with district heat energy centre.
